Why is my name not displayed on my Udemy Certificate of Completion?

Issue:

My name is not displayed on my Udemy Certificate of Completion. Only a user number is displayed on the Udemy Certificate .

Cause:

Udemy integration can use anonymous authentication, so it is expected for a unique User Number to appear on the certificate instead of the user's name in some cases.

Resolution:

Your organization has chosen to anonymize its users within Udemy so any certification that is completed will receive a user number instead. The user number displayed on the certificate is unique to you.
