Why am I seeing the error message "Oops, you're not authorized to access this page" when trying to access a Knowledge Center page?

Issue:

When I try to access a specific Knowledge Center page, I get the error message: "Oops, you're not authorized to access this page"

Cause:

Some Knowledge Center pages have been designated for specific roles within Degreed. If the page you are trying to view is meant for the admin role, for example, and you have the member role, you will get the "Oops, you're not authorized to access this page" error message. This approach allows us to deliver content and resources that are most relevant and valuable to specific roles, fostering a more personalized learning and development journey.

Additional Note: 

Due to this role-specific approach, you might come across pages in the Knowledge Center accessible only to users with specific roles. These pages are designed to provide targeted content and insights tailored to the needs of those particular roles.
