Why can't I use my password to log in Degreed?

Issue:

I need to log in to a Degreed environment using a password, but I only see the option to Continue with SSO. "SSO only" is set to False for Beta environment but we are not seeing the option to log in with a password.

Cause:

Your organization is set up to allow login only via SSO. This means users will not see an option to log in using a password.

Resolution:

If you are a learner, you must log in via SSO.

If you are an admin and have an exception, there is an organizational setting that allows users to log in with username and password even if the organization is set to SSO only. Contact Degreed support and inform the admin account username and Degreed environment, and request enabling this option.
