Why am I seeing the error message 'There was a problem reaching this app' when trying to install Degreed Microsoft Teams Degreed app?

Issue:

I am seeing the error 'There was a problem reaching this app' in Microsoft Teams when trying to install the Degreed Microsoft Teams Degreed app.

Cause:

The error occurs when an older version of the Degreed App is embedded in Microsoft Teams. 

Resolution:

You or your organization's IT Team will need to upgrade the app to the new version.
