Why is the Learning Summary dashboard showing the event on the date that I added it and not when it actually took place?

Issue:

Why is the Learning Summary chart found within the Activity tab in my profile showing the event on the date that I added it and not when it actually took place?

Cause:

This is expected behavior for the chart to look at the date that the events were added to Degreed, not the date of the event. If you add an event on October 1st and the event took place on September 15th, the dashboard will show the event on October 1st.

Resolution:

You will need to add the event on the date it happens for it to show on the chart for that date.
