Why am I unable to click on the Continue button to log in to the Degreed Extension (Degreed Button)?

Issue:

I'm trying to log in to the Degreed Extension. When I open it, I click the Login button.

The Extension opens an authorization pop-up, requesting confirmation, and I click Grant access.

Then, I click Close.

The extension should now log me in automatically, but instead, it shows the login page again, and clicking on the Continue button has no effect:

Cause:

This can be due to an outdated version of the extension, rejected cookies, or ad-block extensions.

Resolution:

Please follow the steps below:

1. Uninstall the Degreed extension
2. Restart your browser. Please note it's important to restart the browser between uninstalling and reinstalling, as the browser will not refresh information unless this is done
3. You can now reinstall the Degreed extension. For instructions, visit article Add the Degreed Button to Your Browser

You can also:

• Ensure that you do not have Cookies disabled. Every browser supports disabling cookies, however, if you have disabled cookies in your browser, the Degreed Button will not function properly
• Ensure you have no ad-blockers enabled on your browser
