Why is my SCORM course not loading?

Issue:

I am attempting to open a course that is hosted in SCORM but it is not loading. Why is this happening?

Cause:

SCORM courses are opened in pop-up windows, and the most common cause for this issue is that your browser is blocking pop-ups. 

Resolution: 

Please ensure that your browser isn't blocking any pop-ups. The settings may vary according to your browser and there may be different levels of permissions to review. In case you still have issues after allowing pop-ups, please Submit a Support Request.
