How can I prevent users from downloading videos in Degreed?

Description: 

Users are able to download videos and there does not appear to be a setting to turn this off. Is there a way to hide or block the option to download them?

Answer:

Video downloads are not supported by Degreed currently; this is a browser function rather than a Degreed one so it is not possible to disable the option in our platform.

We suggest reaching out to your internal IT team or browser admin to further review this possibility.
