Why can't I find my university when adding my diploma in Degreed?

Issue:

I was completing my achievements in my profile and couldn't find my university in the list of institutions when adding my diploma.

Cause:

It is true that we may not have the university or content provider that you are looking for in our database of providers and institutions, but we are always happy to have new ones added to the site.

Resolution: 

If the college or university you want to add does not appear in the dropdown list, you can contact Degreed support to request that it be added.
