Why is the duration display inconsistent for courses, showing different duration units depending on the page I am on?

Issue:

When I'm searching for courses in Degreed, I can see their duration displaying different units depending on the page I am on. In a provider catalog, the duration shows as hours, but when I click on More Details, it shows as minutes. The same course is showing in minutes when I search for it in the Global Search.

Cause:

Due to the size of the content card, it would not be possible to display both hours and minutes for items with more than one hour. This is why the courses will display hours as the duration unit on the small cards and both hours and minutes on the larger cards.

Resolution: 

This is working as designed.
