How can I retake an assessment that I failed?

I want to retake an assessment because I failed it but it won't let me take it again.

Answer: 

When your organization creates an assessment, they set up a maximum number of attempts that you can have in an assessment. If Degreed does not show an option to retake it, you have reached the limit of possible attempts.

If you would like to retake the assessment, please contact your organization's learning or help desk team as they can review and might reset the assessment progress for you.
