How much text will be displayed of a content item description inside a pathway?

How many characters can I use on a content item description before it is cut off in the content cards on a pathway?

Answer:

The content cards inside a pathway are smaller than the ones in Search or on the More Details pages. So less text will be visible before expanding through the option.

How many characters are displayed greatly depends on whether an item has an image or not, as the image will take up space at the same height as the text on the content cards inside a pathway:

Without an image: roughly 135 characters should remain visible*

With an image: around 100 characters should remain visible*

* Please note that if the lines end in longer words, they might be cut off earlier, causing the total amount of characters to be less than what is advised above.
