I deleted a skill from the "Manage Skills" page in the Admin view, but the skill is still found in the user profile

Issue:

As an Admin, I deleted some skills from the "Manage Skills" page, but the skills are still visible in the user profile.

Cause:

This is expected behavior.

Resolution: 

Technically, we are only doing soft deletion, and the profile is controlled by the user. Even though you delete the skill from the Manage Skills list, it will remain in the user's profile.
