I cannot access a content item due to a permission or license error message

Issue:

I can't access this content due to a license error message. I am getting a permission error message and cannot access the content.

Cause:

You either do not have a license to access the provider platform where this content is hosted or you do not have permission to access the content in question.

Resolution: 

Please contact your organization's Learning department to ensure that you have a license and access rights to the content in question. In case everything is set up accordingly on your organization's end, they should contact us and share screenshots of the error so that we can look into it from our end.
