Why am I not able to like or dislike a content?

Issue:

I am currently taking a content and would like to rate it, but I don't see the option to like or dislike it. 

Cause:

It is expected that the Like/Dislike feature will only be available after completing a learning content, not during.

Resolution: 

Once you complete it, the option to like it or dislike it will be available in the View Details modal of the content card.

Additional Note: 

The Like/Dislike feature is available for individual content items only.
