Why is content available on a provider's website but not available in Degreed?

Issue:

I noticed that a piece of content, such as an article from a specific provider, is not available on Degreed but is accessible on the provider's website. How can this content also be displayed in Degreed?

Cause:

Degreed helps distribute and organize content from different providers in its platform. It's crucial to understand that the responsibility for adding, maintaining, and updating content on Degreed lies with the providers. While Degreed serves as a platform for consolidating content from various sources, we do not have direct control over them.

When it comes to adding content from specific learning providers, if your organization already has an integration with the provider, we recommend you contact your organization's Degreed admin team.
As to public providers, you can also reach the provider directly.

If the content is not related to a provider your organization already integrates with, and you have completed the content, you can add a completion with the instructions in the article Add Content to your Profile.
