Why don't I see all of the options I expect to see in CredSpark?

Issue:

I am experiencing issues using the CredSpark functionality offered by Degreed. I cannot see some options in CredSpark that I should be seeing, like the option to embed links.

Cause:

There are two types of licenses: CredSpark and CredSpark+. CredSpark+ is an optional paid license that contains more features. You might not see the option that you expect because it is included in CredSpark+.

Resolution:

See Degreed: Intro to CredSpark and CredSpark+ for information about the features available with a free or CredSpark+ license. CredSpark is responsible for turning on any CredSpark+ features.
