How do I remove Not on profile skills from Skills Coach?

In Skill Coach, I see Not on profile skills for one of my team members. I cannot find a way to remove these. 

Answer: 

Skills marked as Not on profile are skills associated to the team member's Job Role, but are not yet on the team member's profile. You can use the Recommend Skills button to recommend your team member add it to their profile.

Not on profile skills cannot be removed from Skill Coach.
