Issue:
When searching for content and filtering by a specific provider, I am getting the error message 'We didn't find any results for ""'. Why am I receiving this error if other users across my company see content for this provider?
Cause:
Your organization is set up to display the provider content only to those users who have a license.
Resolution:
You can either reach out to your learning team directly, or submit a Support request so our Degreed support team can forward your matter to them.
