We are aware that users attempting to access www.degreed.com (US database) and www.degreed.ca (Canada database) experienced login issues. Our engineering team has resolved the issue and is now monitoring system performance to ensure continued stability.

12:30 CET: The US database has recovered and the login services are back up.
1:10 PM CET: We're seeing that the issue has re-appeared and the team is investigating
2:05 PM CET: Our engineers are still investigating the issue. We're also investigating a possible connection to the global Cloudflare outage.

4:05 PM CET: Our engineers are still investigating the issue. The issue is purely regarding the login services, once logged in, Degreed works fine. We will keep the page updated
5:15 PM CET: Degreed CA is back up, we're still looking into Degreed US
5:44 PM CET: The issue with Degreed US login has been resolved. We’ll continue to monitor for a couple of hours to ensure everything remains stable.
Next Steps
We will continue monitoring both environments for stability over the next few hours. A root cause analysis will be shared as soon as we have it.
