If you are returning merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt, and the item has not been installed, modified, and is complete, you may return all or part of the order to receive a full refund for the original purchase price of the product.
Returns due to ordered wrong or no longer needed, that are not at fault of the seller, are subject to a 25% restock fee and return shipment paid by the buyer. The restock fee can be waived for store credit. Please fill out the return form and cooperate with the service team as they will reach out to gather vital information from you.

All returns must have a documented RGA, or RMA (Returned Goods Authorization) number on the invoice. The RGA or RMA number will be provided by one of our Team members. Clearance Special Order and made to order items are non-returnable. All sales invoices must be accompanied with your returns. Your original shipping, return shipping, and handling costs are non-refundable and are at your expense. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Smaller UPS/FED EX shippable items in most cases, are FREE.
OVERSIZE items (bumpers, tires, sidesteps, roof racks, tire carriers, and others) that cannot ship via UPS/Fed Ex are excluded from the free shipping. See charges below.

Hawaii is excluded from Free Pickup in Store. The store will contact you with the best rate possible. Free Pickup items for our Hawaii store only applies to items that are already in stock at the location.
Once you've made your purchase, a team member will reach out and review your order with you. We will give you all your options to insure we dial your rig in right. Just remember not to show up too early - they won't have your order right away.
Orders typically get processed within 24 hours, except on weekends and holidays.
Items that read Available in 1-3 days, usually ship out in 1-3 working days. However, exception may happen where the warehouses are delayed, or the manufacturer is back ordered. We do our best to catch these ahead of time, but errors and misprints may happen. We will notify you as soon as we can to give you the most accurate ETA we can get from the manufacturer or warehouse.
No shipping on weekends, though. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship out on Monday or the next business day if it's a holiday. Once your orders on its way, we'll shoot you an email with the tracking number. Make sure to check your junk folder too - sometimes our emails end up there.

Just so you know, not everything ships for free - oversized items or specific gear like Winches, Wheels, Tires, Bumpers, Racks, Full Suspension lift kits, and tire carriers are excluded.

We ship through USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS, keeping it professional with the most cost-effective option for smaller packages. For large packages, that are too big for a common carrier, they will have ship on an 16-18-wheeler, or LTL. We only use the most reliable carriers. These carries will vary depending on delivery location. In most cases they will call you ahead of time to schedule a drop off delivery. So, make sure you leave us a good contact number for you.
