Pluralsight In-App Integration

Degreed integrates with Pluralsight with the following options in In-App Integrations:

• Content Connector
• Completions Connector
• Skill and Skill Assessments Connectors 
• Single Sign-on (SSO)

Content Connector

To Configure a Content Connector

Permissions may be required to access some pages in Degreed or perform specific tasks. For more information, see Permissions in Degreed.

Required Permission: Manage Integrations

1. Generate an API key on Pluralsight. Refer to Pluralsight’s documentation for instructions.
2. From the side menu in Degreed Admin, click Integrations > Directory.
   The Degreed Integrations Directory opens in a new window.
3. Locate Pluralsight and click Enable.
   The provider window displays on the Integrations page.
4. In the provider window, select Enterprise and click Next.
   The Pluralsight page displays.
5. Under Connectors, click the + Connect button for Content. 
   The Add Content Connector dialog box displays.
   
6. Enter the API Key generated from Pluralsight. 
7. Click Verify.
8. Click Save Changes.

Allow 24 hours for content to sync. Content syncs nightly.

Completions Connector

To Configure a Completions Connector

Permissions may be required to access some pages in Degreed or perform specific tasks. For more information, see Permissions in Degreed.

Required Permission: Manage Integrations

1. From the side menu in Degreed Admin, click Integrations > Directory.
   The Degreed Integrations Directory opens in a new window.
2. Locate Pluralsight and click Install.
   The provider window displays on the Integrations page.
3. In the provider window, select Enterprise and click Next.
   The Pluralsight page displays.
4. Under Connectors, click the + Connect button for Completions.
   The Add Completions Connector dialog box displays.
   
5. Enter the API Key generated from Pluralsight. 
6. Click Verify.
7. Click Save Changes.

Skill and Skill Assessment Connectors

You must contact your Client Engagement Partner to configure the Skill and Skill Assessment connectors. Make sure SSO in Degreed has been configured for your organization and you have an Enterprise Pluralsight Skills IQ plan. Degreed requires your Pluralsight API keys and user credentials to configure these connectors.

SSO

A secure SAML SSO connection can be enabled between Degreed and Pluralsight to ensure seamless access to content. For more information, see The SSO Tab.
