Request a Peer Rating

You can request Peer Ratings for any skill on your Profile. You can send Peer Rating requests to individuals, multiple people, a single Group, or multiple Groups. You can request as many Peer Ratings as you want for a skill. All Peer Ratings are weighted the same if multiple ratings exist for a skill. 

By default, all Peer Ratings have a visibility set to Private.

Request Peer Ratings in Grid View

1. From the side navigation menu, select Profile > Skills.
   The Skills page opens, and the Grid View displays by default.
   
2. Locate the skill to which you want to add a Peer Rating.
3. On the Skill card, click + Add Rating.
   
4. Click + Request Rating for Peer Ratings.
   
5. Search for Degreed users and Groups in the Search by name field and select them to add them to the request.
   You can add multiple Degreed users and Groups to a Peer Rating request.
6. Optionally, enter a message to display in the peer reviewer's notification.
   
7. Use the Cancel Pending Peer Ratings Requests toggle to indicate if you would like to cancel any pending Peer Rating requests for this skill before sending a new request. If you disable the toggle , any existing, pending requests remain active.
8. When the fields are complete, click Send Request. The peer reviewer(s) and Degreed Groups get an in-app notification and an email notification that you requested a rating from them.
   

Request Peer Ratings in List View

1. From the side navigation menu, select Profile > Skills.
   The Skills page in your profile displays.
2. Click List.
   Your skills display in a list.
3. In the Peer Rating column of the skill you want to request a Peer Rating for, click
   
   The Rating window displays.
4. Click + Request Rating for Peer Ratings.
   
5. Search for Degreed users and Groups in the Search by name field and select them to add them to the request.
   You can add multiple Degreed users and Groups to a Peer Rating request.
6. Optionally, enter a message to display in the peer reviewer's notification.

8. Click Send Request. The peer reviewer(s) and Degreed Groups receive both an in-app and an email notification that you requested a rating from them.
