Announcements

The Academies and LXP integration will now sync updates to a public Academies' image, title, or description.
Next week, clients will receive communications regarding updates to our ACM product communication.

Enhancements

The following enhancements are available in-app today.

New Skills and Provider Marketplace Filters
The Skills and Provider Marketplace filters now allow you to search for a specific term and select a skill or provider from the list. Previously, the filters only displayed a list of all available options. These enhancements improve the ability to search and organize the information displayed in the Marketplace.
Program Detail Redesign
On the program details page, you can now easily identify highlighted skills related to the program. You can also copy and share the program. The sharing feature is universally applicable across all organizations, as the link is not organization-specific.
Reporting Update
The "ViewAcademies" user permission has been updated to allow users to see marketplace and custom programs on their plan.

Academies and Content Marketplace had its last product release of 2023 this week to prepare for our team being off for the holiday break.

Enhancements

The following enhancements are available in-app today.

Incentive Options
We have discontinued the “Other” category of financial incentives. Administrators are now able to allocate a Personal Learning Budget exclusively through options of Virtual Cards or Reimbursements.
Request a Program Form Update
“Estimated Cost” in the Request a Program form has been modified to reflect as “Requested Amount,” aligning it with the terminology used in the Request a Resource form.
Visual Enhancement
All monetary figures presented in columns have been adjusted to a right-aligned format within the reports, enhancing the readability and facilitating a clearer comprehension of numerical data when viewed in a linear manner.
Updates to Academies in the LXP
When you click the back button within the Academy, you are consistently directed back to the LXP, preserving the cohesive experience across transitions. This enhancement ensures continuity. It enables effortless movement from the LXP to the Academy and beyond, including Custom Programs. When navigating back using the back button, it seamlessly guides you back to the LXP.

Bug Fixes

The Mark as Complete button on marketplace programs is now only available in an Academy after it’s been added to the learner’s plan. Previously, it showed up before it was approved by a Manager or Admin.
