The People Page (ACM Before October 2024)

This article applies to clients with an Academies and Content Marketplace (ACM) license prior to the October 2024 Major Product Release. If you are unsure if this applies to your organization, please contact your CX Representative.

You can manage all of your users on the People page in the Admin view.

Use to alphabetically sort a column.

1. Search: Search for a user by name. After two characters, the list begins to filter to include relevant search results.
2. User Name: The user’s first and last name.
3. Manager Name: The name of the user’s manager. If there is no manager assigned to the user, a dash appears in this column.
4. Cost Center: The user’s assigned cost center. If there is no cost center assigned, a dash appears in the column.
5. Last Login: The date the user last logged in. If the user has never logged in, a dash appears in this column.
6. Total Budget: The user’s current total budget. This amount matches the Total Budget on the user’s home page.
7. Approved Amount: The amount approved in the current renewal period. This amount matches the Approved amount on the user’s home page.
8. Spent Amount: The amount the user has spent in the current renewal period. This amount matches the Spent amount on the user’s home page.
9. View: Click to see a user's details.
