Automations (Bulk Rules)

Use the Automations (Bulk Rules) Report to view details about the rule configuration for each automation in your organization.

Permissions may be required to access some pages in Degreed or perform specific tasks. For more information, see Permissions in Degreed (accessible by Degreed Admins only).

Column Name	Column Description	Enabled by Default	Data Type
Business Rule Id	The ID of the rule.	Y	STRING
Rule Name	The name of the rule.	Y	STRING
Description	The description of the rule.	Y	STRING
Status	The status of the rule. Possible values include Disabled, Enabled, or Draft.	Y	STRING
Warning	Indicates whether there is a rule error warning.	Y	STRING
Create Date	The date the rule was created.	Y	DATE
Last Modified Date	The date the rule was last modified.	Y	DATE
Last Updated By	The user that last modified the rule.	Y	STRING
