Search (Summary) Report

Use the Search (Summary) Report to view search terms and the number of times the term was used.

Permissions may be required to access some pages in Degreed or perform specific tasks. For more information, see Permissions in Degreed.

Required Permission: Manage In-App Reporting

Only search terms used during the report date range are included in the results.

Terms only display if multiple members of your organization used them.

Each row in this report details one search term.

This report includes a required date range column filter with a default date selected. We recommend modifying the dates to extend the date range to include additional data. See Filter an In-app Report for more information.

Date Searched	The date the search was performed.  This is the date range column located on the Filter dialog.  The column is not included in the report results. For Direct Data Connector, add this field to your query and provide dates.	Required	DateSearched	DATE
Search Term	The word or phrase a user entered into the search bar. Each search entry appears as a separate row in the report. Variations in capitalization or phrasing are treated as distinct terms.	N	SearchTerm	VARCHAR(16777216)
Search Count	The number of unique searches for the exact term shown. Similar terms (for example, different capitalization) are not combined and appear as separate rows.	Y	Add sum or count (*) to your query.
