This article applies to clients with an Academies and Content Marketplace (ACM) license prior to the October 2024 Major Product Release. If you are unsure if this applies to your organization, please contact your CX Representative.
You can enable or disable the notification emails Academies and Content Marketplace sends to your email address in your Settings. The emails that you can turn on or off include the following:
- Allow Email: Allow the platform to send notification emails.
- New Incentives Available: An Admin has made a new incentive available.
- Program Access: Someone added you to a custom program on their behalf.
- Approval Request Status: Your request has been approved or rejected.
- Manager Approval Requests: (Managers only) You have a pending approval request.
- Admin Approval Requests: (Admins only) You have a pending approval request.
- Nudge Reminders: You have not logged into the app or submitted a related request.
- Project Feedback: You have new feedback on a Project.
- Project Submissions: Notifies Admins and contributors when a user has submitted a Project.
- Due Date Reminders: You have a due date that is approaching.
- Event Reminders: You have an event date that is approaching.
- Added as a Contributor: You have been added as a contributor on a Custom Program or Academy.
Notification emails can be customized for an entire organization by request.
