Degreed App Troubleshooting Guide

Use this guide to see the reason and next steps for troubleshooting errors with the Degreed App for Microsoft Teams.

We're sorry your account has not been configured with the Degreed app. Please contact your administrator or the Degreed Support Team for further assistance.	The email address you use to log in to MS Teams must match the email address configured in the production environment in Degreed. Check if the email addresses match. The user or system administrator has not consented to use the Degreed App. Your organization’s system administrator or IT department must set up unilateral consent to grant access to the Degreed App or set up two-factor authentication. If the browser version is failing to authenticate, try clearing your cache and cookies and make sure pop-ups are allowed. If you're still encountering issues, check if there are client side errors in the developer console of the browser. If you're unable to authenticate on the desktop version of Microsoft Teams, try using the browser version at https://teams.microsoft.com. If you are on Degreed’s EU Data Center, request the latest Degreed Microsoft Teams package from your Customer Success Representative in order to re-upload the latest version into your store. It is possible that your current installation is corrupted. Uninstall the Degreed app and reinstall the latest version of the app. If you’re still encountering issues, contact customer support.
There was a problem reaching this app.	If you encounter this error when you try to install the Degreed App, an older version of the Degreed App might be embedded in Microsoft Teams. You or your organization's IT Team must upgrade the app to the new version.
